The Katana Sport is a modern and reliable treadmill that can be controlled both manually and by external equipment.
The Katana Sport offers smooth acceleration and is continuously adjustable in a range of 0,5 – 40 km/h. With the elevation of 0-25%, and a walking surface of 190 x 70 cm this treadmill is the solution for use in sport medical settings. The treadmill is executed with a special Lode Slat Technology with 106 soft grip covered slats that allows for high speed and a natural walking and running experience. Its unique bearing technology delivers high speeds at low noise levels while needing low maintenance. The treadmill can be connected to other Lode products and to Lode Ergometry Manager that allows for managing protocols and real time adjustments. This execution of Katana Sport comes with a fully integrated control unit allowing for control and feedback as well as protocol creation.
The function of this product can be enhanced by using it in combination with our Lode Ergometry Manager software.

Service friendly belt treadmill
Lode treadmills are almost maintenance free. Because of the unique impregnated belt, no belt-greasing and no bearing-greasing are required. The belt is centered automatically without additional adjustment. The only annual maintenance that has to be done is checking the running and electrical parts and the velocity calibration of the treadmill.
Positive Elevation
The positive elevation of the treadmill is standard 25%.
Other elevations are available on request.
This 25% slope is enough for protocols used for the normal and healthy test subjects.

The product comes with a standard safety lanyard to enable automatic emergency stop

Programming protocols
The treadmill is standard equipped with the preprogrammed protocols of Bruce and Balke. It is possible to create 7 user defined protocols. The heart rate option provides the possibility to create 9 additional heart rate controlled protocols.
LEM compatible
This product can be used with Lode Ergometry Manager (LEM) software to manage data and to apply specific protocols
Lockable absence switch
The switch enables you to lock the switch so the product cannot be used during your absence. A standard lock (not included) can be used.
